Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and owning the AR Training Academy (ARAC) vision, setting goals for training the delivery teams including measurement and as part of the GAR leadership team work together to provide updates at regular intervals.
  • Leading global calls on training especially on CX / NRR forums including building a new AR Training MBR.
  • Leveraging the FinOps T&D driven TTT (Train the Trainer) programs, creating a specific and effective pool of process certified TTT SMEs, execution & delivery of process training, including creation & completion of process assessment through Knowledge Test (KT) and Quality Control (QC) for their respective processes Drive an AR Analyst Training score card’.
  • Lead the program managing the end-to-end Versant test taking for new joiners, pre hires, as well as for existing employees.
  • Explore and propose new training tools and tech to keep pace with changing training landscape.
  • Conducting in-house TNI for AR org to come up with appropriate solutions, matching the business need to drive impact on identified gaps Ensuring that where this is over-arching for AR teams this also has the necessary additional / specific elements added for each of the channels.
  • Lead the program managing SOP creation, revision, on-the-floor adherence and delivery of short capsules via Ops SMEs on identified gaps working together with the Operations leaders.
  • As a Global AR Training lead for 7 Support Centers, working with Operations leaders to build a scalable training organization which is best in class.
  • To work with relevant teams including Ops, T&D and Tech to leverage their expertise on GAR global process tools such as CWB, Lotus, Polaris etc.

    for training and adoption. This would also include replication of various global soft skill modules imparted to site audience.

  • In order to build end to end framework within AR from Hire to Retire - Identifying and owning training needs for new joiners and existing workforce via creating training plans, training modules, refresher interventions and strictly adhering to training schedule / s by Ops SME / s for new joiners towards a robust operating certification basis qualifying criteria on process check, quality check, and communication check.
  • Augmenting and effectively utilizing FCTs in each process, and operate as functional supervisor for the FCT resources.
  • Replicating global practices such as KNet LMS, partnering with other training teams’ viz. FinOps T&D, IN L&D, and G&A etc.
  • Leading cross training efforts within AR and participation in the BCP mitigation plan.
  • Creating AR training manual for knowledge retention, and standardizing learning experience for all applicable process.
  • Evaluate and integrate new concepts, courses, products, and analytics as required from T&D perspective.
  • Devote time and energy to recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining talent, managing and applying that resource in a prudent and efficient way, and support cross-organizational initiatives related to the areas identified above.
  • Deliver a blended learning as well as explore innovative training delivery methods for new hires, new skills (cross-training), continuing education, and refreshers as necessary in the language and soft skills domain.
  • Assimilate training material, bridge gaps between understanding and execution / articulation, and facilitate learning in training by organizing and presenting material in a way that is optimal for the target skill being transferred.
  • BASIC QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate with at least 12+ years' experience in Training and Development.
  • At least 7+ years leading a mature and diverse L&D team in a global organization with high volumes and experience in working in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and influential skills - that will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
  • International exposure and experience in developing leaders, designing and delivering learning solutions in multiple countries and across diverse cultures.
  • Experience in creating e-learning content using tools such as Storyline, Camtasia, Animation Software and the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Should be passionate about developing others, and in creating development frameworks that scale. This role requires content development and facilitation expertise.
  • Able to work both on a team (as member and / or leader) and independently to deliver results.
  • Strong project management experience on large scale projects.
  • Lean / kaizen / six sigma or similar certifications strongly preferred.
  • Technology savvy with ability to interact with external vendors on technical aspects of solutions.
  • Master facilitator or presenter with experience developing other senior facilitators and trainers.
  • Direct leadership and management experience, ideally with accountability for a training or consulting operation.
  • Experience managing cross geo functional projects and initiatives.
  • Experience with designing and developing training for Operations audience
  • Experience with Cornerstone, Thinking Cap or other equivalent LMS (learning management systems)
  • PREFERED QUALIFICATION
