NEXTracker’s field marketing manager, based in our regional office in Madrid, Spain will work closely with regional sales teams to support EMEA, LATAM, SE Asia and Australia.

This role will play an essential part in building the NX brand. This person will spearhead field marketing initiatives, as well as manage day to day projects with the global marketing team.

They play a major role in executing and measuring results of marketing events and campaigns in the regions and countries for which they are responsible.

The individual will work closely with local sales and manage to the global team in Fremont with ideas, strategies and execute on plans to build the brand and support sales.

By building close relationships with our regional sales teams, they will collaborate with them to determine what strategies have the highest success rates.

The may source leads for the sales team that are considered marketing-qualified AKA, leads deemed more likely to become a customer.

As the lead on demand generation, the Field Marketing Manager will encourage prospects and customers to engage on a deeper level with your organization through strategic marketing initiatives such as NX Solar Forums, technology deep dive symposiums we hold in regions to increase brand and product awareness.

This position is based in Hyderabad, India or Madrid, Spain. Travel required. We are looking for someone who demonstrates Intense collaboration Passionate customer focus Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement Relentless drive to win Here is a glimpse of what you will do Local event management : with a dotted line to the Manager of Global Events, this role identifies key regional industry events and enrolls regional sales to participate from speaking to sponsoring to raise brand awareness and could include inaugural customer events such as ribbon cuttings and press events.

Sales enablement : regular updating of sales decks needed for global sales, and other materials and tools such as data sheets, images, etc.

Lead generation activities associated with country and regional markets, gathering of business cards at events, updating Hubspot smart lists for account-based marketing activities Account based marketing strategy for country and regional markets PR : in coordination with PR regional team6.

Manage and deepen regional relationships with trade and membership organizations : MESIA, INESFI, CEC, SE Asia Social media development in coordination with digital marketing function for region : MENIAT Region / EMEA, SE Asia and Australia Liaise with sales leads in each region Collaborate with market intelligence manager to inform regional marketing approach Assist with Public Relations efforts : assist with initial draft press releases, research B2B solar industry bloggers and industry influencers.

Liaise with customer marketing counterparts for co-marketing activities from advertising, case studies, co-hosted industry events12.

  • Assist with advertising efforts : assist with initial content and analyze results for ROI Here are a few of our preferred experiences 5-10 years of experience in marketing, advertising / branding or public relations capacity, preferably energy industry Demonstrated experience working with global companies;
