Key Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a pipeline for current and future hiring demands, understanding business growth requirements.
Prepare and review annual hiring requirements, recruitment budget as per the business needs Focus on data and analytics to measure the ROI of talent acquisition programs including metrics on source of hire, time taken to fill the role, measurement of candidate experience, improving the hiring accuracy rate.
Work closely with marketing, product and HR team to create and implement online and offline employer branding activities.
