12 to 15 Years of experience of working in IT industry
Responsible for driving / managing medium and large sized and complex Cloud and Non Cloud programs for clients.
Strong experience in solutioning and managing delivery for Cloud Native development, Application DevOps, Application Development and Support Engagement
Understanding & Experience in Product Development ,Product lifecycle
Responsible for Delivery schedule , Cost & quality for Product development using Agile way of working
Recruit, motivate and develop highly skilled staffs that focuses on service delivery of key performance metrics as per the client contract
Customer-Centric Professional; efficient in interacting with clients for following up on unresolved issues; effective in ensuring high-quality customer experience, enriching customer satisfaction while adhering to the work processes
People Leader, who has successfully led and motivated team towards growth and success in the organization
Client and Internal Stakeholder Management
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Management of Delivery right from Project Planning, Quality, Schedule, Scope and Budget
Risk and Issue Management
Experience with SAFe / Agile framework and waterfall methodologies.
Experience with Delivery Tracking
