JD for ME Systems & BOP (Balance of Plant) Experience :
Should be able to understand the ITO inputs (Inquiry to Order)
Should have good experience in OTR (Order to Remittance) â Execution and Deliverables
Detail Engineering experience from Combined Cycle and Supercritical Power plants with extensive experience in both Gas Turbine Accessories Systems and Balance of Plant (BOP) system - Schematics (P&ID) and Plant layout drawings (Piping / GA)
Have experience in detail engineering of complete System design of Fuel Systems, Oil Systems, Air systems â
Inlet / Exhaust, Water Wash Systems, Fire Protection System, Closed Cooling Water System, Compressed Air System, Service Water system, Potable Water System, Condenser Air Evacuation System its associated equipment packages and Sub-Contract packages and also associated instrumentation.
Good knowledge of Fabrication and welding process and standards
Have experience in P&ID Modification / Creation and Instrumentation Tags (Device summary) updateÂ in AVEVA Engineering Tool
Should have experience in creating Bill of Material (BOM) for new Arrangement drawings
Should have experience in preparation of Ordering Specification / Modification Kit / Field Modification Instruction manual - FMI.
Should have demonstrated ownership & decision-making of the design, considering cost, feasibility in manufacturing and fabrication.
Should have served as primary interface with customers and have demonstrated the implementation of design requirements, design changes, analysis, and verification of each task.
Planning the tasks, executing and delivering on time, with cost effective and quality.
Should have excellent Coordination skills with all Cross-Functional Teams such as Vendor / Suppliers, CCB, Configuration Team, Electrical Team etc.
Engineers should have confidence to deliver with autonomy and minimum hand hold
Thermal PLM (ENOVIA) ECR / ECO Process experience will be added advantage.
