Dell is seeking a Principal Systems Development Engineer to help develop innovative new memory solutions for the PowerEdge server platforms working with a high-

performing systems engineering team focused on the integration of legacy and emerging memory technologies. The integration of critical features for DRAM and the emerging persistent memory technologies into HW / SW subsystems represents a complex, exciting and challenging area of growth in the Enterprise, Client, and Storage computing segments.

In this high-visibility position, you will work across engineering disciplines to deliver a competitive persistent memory solution across the portfolio, partnering with platform development and systems engineering teams globally, and define the system integration of key technologies via design activities both within your team and across the broader server engineering organization.

Responsibilities also include managing technical and business relationships with technology partners.

The successful candidate will have the following portfolio of experience and talent :

  • 9+ years of experience in hardware or embedded system design and debugging, preferably with processor, I / O subsystems, and 2+ years with memory
  • Proven ability to lead technical cross-functional development teams
  • Experience in complex systems design
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • Exhibit engineering rigor, driving open issues to closure
  • Persuasive communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Business relationship experience with technology suppliers
  • Education : BE, B Tech (any stream), M. Sc (Electronics, Computer Science), M.C.A
