Motivating and directing the Team so that every team member achieves their Targets in all KPI’s. Coordinating with other departments like network / SD for smooth inter function coordination and support to all functions
Key Result Areas / Accountabilities
Distribution Expansion : Adherence to the norms of appointment as per covered population .
Retailer Expansion for both transacting outlets and activation outlets : Retailers servicing the markets should be as per the crack sales system which is based on covered population of particular town / geography.
Designing of Zonal customer acquisition schemes and effective execution of Circle Schemes for trade partners and effective rollout of same : Optimum utilization of Zonal budget and circle scheme implementation to ensure quality customers are acquired along with positive sentiment of trade.
Improvement of traffic from low utilized sites : Roll out of special programs and tracking the effectiveness of the same.
Acquisition of Quality Customers in network : Categorization of retailers to ensure that right quantum of customers are acquired through right categories of outlets, Designing competitive products.
Claim Settlement of Channel partners, Designing and Execution of transparent process which helps in motivating the channel partners.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Relevant senior level assignment in Sales & Distribution background.
Leadership skill, people management skill, driving the team with ample zeal and motivation
Must have technical / professional qualifications
MBA (Full time preferred).
