Job Description :
Create demand for the Mobile Application by creating awareness.
Training the customers on using the mobile application.
Photographing the Inventory if required.
Implement company's sales and marketing strategies.
Develop key loyal customers.
Achieve sales targets.
Handle customer complaints as per the set norms.
Report any bugs in the application.
Main Accountabilities :
Plan and schedule customer calls and visits.
File daily reports as per company norms & submit other relevant reports as per business requirements.
Create awareness and usage of the application by high impact communication with effective & proper usage of given marketing inputs.
Ensure proper service to customers by understanding their wants, needs, problems by understanding the same during the interaction.
Regularly provide feedback to the company regarding the application and dealership needs.
CTC Range : 1.8LPA 3.0LPA.
Working Days : 6 ;Shift Timings : 10 : 00 AM- 06 : 00PM
