Lead, design and implement a Lean at client sites
Support vision, prepare a roadmap and resource plan to improve productivity, service and culture across the organization.
Implement VSM, SMED, JIT, Kanban, Operational Excellence, BPR, Six Sigma Black Belt, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Kaizen, TPS, Cost Reduction, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma
Guide the organizational transformation program management and execution by tracking key deliverables, and ensuring high-
level communication to senior management
Coach, train and mentor business leaders, regional and site leaders in the use of Lean / Six Sigma concepts, tools and change management techniques
Develop a community of Lean Change Leaders (i.e. Operational Excellence Team) for current success and future pool of leadership talent
Desired Candidate Profile :
Strong analytical expertise combined with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Outstanding facilitation and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated personal credibility with executives, leaders and staff
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and in cross-cultural environments
Ability to engage others in forward-thinking dialogue, facilitate consensus, obtain buy-in of senior leadership and drive for successful adoption of change initiatives
Advanced skills in data analysis, Excel and PowerPoint
Education - Bachelors degree required. Education - UG : B.Tech / B.E. - Any Specialization, Mechanical, Production / Industrial, Other Specialization
Experience - Experienced Candidates will be preferred. Exposure to at least 1 Lean / Improvement Project
Experience with continuous improvement methods and tools including Lean, Six Sigma and change leadership.
Proficient in project and program management.
