8+ years strong experience in handling L2 Support of Genesys Product and deliverables
IPCC IVR experience with lead experience.
Good exposure of Genesys product, Architecture ,integration, development support and configurations.
Good exposure of contact center, info mart, BFI Crystal Reports
Required to interact with the business and IT users as needed.
Coordination with L3 / vendors, Business and Internal IT team for troubleshooting any issues and successful implementation of projects.
Good in customer communication, presentation, client management skills.
Should be ready to extend beyond office working hours to meet the deadlines.
