Coaching the patient on Disease Management, Nutrition, Fitness and Medication compliance

Adhering to the prescribed Call schedules and call scripts and completing all assigned calls

Improving the engagement quality basis the feedback given by QA / Manager

Completing the administrative tasks and reports as required
