In this role, you will be part of a team that would transform the development of the platform of real time analytics systems of Monitoring and Analytics business through test automation.
You are responsible for
Creating the requirement specs for real time analytics platform features a large scale project.
Interact with various stakeholders to ensure the completeness of specifications.
Get the specifications reviewed and approved through the cross functional team of the project.
Interact with automation engineers to ensure coverage of requirements in test automation
Acceptance of the requirement coverage through test automation
Develop the automation report to map the requirements to the results of automation.
A point of contact for all the requirement clarification to the automation team.
Responsible for planning, execution, completion and maintenance of automation of platform features.
Backlog management of the automation project, grooming, defining feature & user stories.
Defining the Definition of Done and acceptance criteria
Reporting of the progress to the management
Understanding the product features, usage, workflows and build product / domain knowledge in the short to medium term
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
8-12 year of experience in software development projects
5-6 year of experience in managing the requirements for the project
Ability to assimilate the existing features and requirements of the complex, large scale platform
Excellent communication skills to translate and communicate the feature requirements to test automation team.
Ability to interact at technical and non-technical level with various stake holders of the project.
Experienced in working in agile environments and related tooling like AzureDevops
Run the ceremonies like program increment planning, sprint planning, demos, retrospection etc.
Skillful in interaction with stakeholders within Philips and external.
Ability to connect with the technical intricacies of the design and implementation of the platform, test automation frameworks.
Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements is added advantage
