  • Source candidates on niche platforms, such as Github.
  • Screen resumes for specific skills and qualifications.
  • Perform screening calls to assess applicant's’ abilities.
  • Interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions.
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates.
  • Compose job offer letters.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
  • Work with managers to assess the job duties and requirements of open roles. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and onsite)An ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and legislation.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, IT or any other relevant degree is a plus
