Position : Sr. Customer Service Executive (Third Party Payroll position)

Experience : 1- 5 years Education : Any Graduate / MBA. Location : Pune Joining : Immediate

1. Good in communication skills 2. Experience in customer service 3. Telecom knowledge 4. Flexible working in shifts

Skills / Experience : Required minimum of 1 year experience in any customer facing role

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good interpersonal skills.

Proficient analytical thinking and problem solving

Self-starter. Positive Attitude, Takes Ownership

Capable of working in or managing cross functional teams

Fluent English (written and verbal)

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

Ready to work in shifts

Key Responsibilities : Customer Service Guide preparation and ongoing maintenance. Preparation of and conducting regular Service Review Meetings.

Inventory Management. Portal Management. Incident, Change & Billing Escalation Management. Performance Report, Service Improvement Plan and Corrective Action Tracking.

Creation and Maintenance of the Customer Service Tracker ensuring all target resolution times are met through direction of CFTs or escalation.

C-Sat tracking & analysis to foster Continual Service Improvement. Ad Hoc support as directed by Management. Meeting customer commitments and ensuring a high degree of conduct, professionalism and service knowledge of products.

To liaise with all relevant departments e.g. Commercial, Sales, and Customer Service Operations to ensure commitments / quality targets are met
