Job Description

The IT Digital Sales team is responsiblefordeveloping the sales technology roadmap which will enable Kimberly Clark’s commercial transformationby focusing on cost savings, business growth, as well as connecting with partners and customers.

Is the delivery engine for all sales capabilities within the sales portfolio, and accountable for the availability and reliability of all apps running inthesaleslandscape.

Activities / Responsibilities include planning and coordination, software development, testing, and documentation. Responsibilities also include ensuring high levels of data quality and performance as well as solving technical issues and problems.

This role is viewed as a solution innovator and expert in complex analytical and digital platform environments encompassing both process understanding and technicalexpertise..

Key Accountabilities :

  • Leads in developing innovative, technical solutions toMediumtohighly complex strategic and operating problems.
  • Works with specifications to design, develop, and maintain data models and procedures to provide business users with the tools and data needed to do their jobs more effectively.
  • Is knowledgeable in industry best practices in their area of expertise and uses resources outside of K-C to deliver the end-to-end technical solutions.
  • The candidate should be able to perform tasks like process management, datamodelling ,datapipeline development etc.

  • Technical developer of large and extra-large projects forfolowwingone or morecapabilities likeTradePromotion Management and Optimization, Revenue Growth Management and Pricing / Price Optimization and in some cases, cross capability areas.
  • In partnership with architects & engineers, develops technical documentation including but not limited to application diagrams, physical architecture, process diagrams, sequence diagrams, systems maps, service interfaces, technical interfaces, data modeling, integration planning, and detailed build estimates.
  • Drive a rigorous approach leveraging data science including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to solve problems in the context of growing Kimberly Clark brands, increasing sales, and enabling operational excellence.
  • Coordinates engagements with vendors as they relate to evaluation, design and delivery of business capabilities. Contributes to the evaluation and selection of software products.
  • Influences and moves the K-C culture to one that values and uses cross-business and functional data and analytics to power business performance.
  • Qualifications and Experiences :

    7-10years of continuous experience in software engineering, software development, and solution implementation focused ondesign, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities

    SQL knowledge (query performance tuning, index maintenance, etc.) as well as an understanding of database structureand modeling.

    Significant experience in BODS andmulesofttechnologies for ETL and creating data lake for largeenterprise.

    Experience with SQL development, Stored Procedures, Functions and Virtual Data Modeling

    Experience with integration methods and tools including ETL and virtualization. Prefer experience with setup and configuration of SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) for HANA to extract data from ECC, CRM and BW using SLT, end-to-end ETL scenario for both BW Real Time and Native HANA.

    Experienced in building Core Data Services (CDS) views to be consumed for reporting and other capabilities

    Technical knowledge of diverse analytical tools and solutionsBOBJ,Power BI, Tableau).

    Working knowledge of API-based design for business applications and can incorporate API-based design into analytics solutions.

    Strong technical leadership in delivery teams and partnership with vendors. Experience delivering IT projects and / or programs with strong SDLC understanding, including Agile / Waterfall methodologies.

    Exposure to Agile fundamentals and able to lead key ceremonies.

    Ability to operate in a digital workplace utilizing modern technologies to connect, collaborate, communicate and cooperate across a global organization and across organizational boundaries.

    Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.

    Ability to communicate strategies and processes around data modeling and architecture to cross functional groups. Experience collaborating with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, and infrastructure engineers to identify, design, and implement highly complex, end-to-end solutions.

    Understanding of functional aspects within the Trade Promotion Management, Revenue Management,and Strategic Pricing capability area, and ability to do hands-on technical work whenever needed.

    Understands how to coordinate the flow of work between agile teams and more traditional project-based teams.

    Self-motivated to keep up with industry trends and disseminating information across the organization.

    Experience working with blended teams consisting of employees, vendors, and consultants with both onshore and offshore resources.

    Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory. Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.

    Bachelor's degree required.
