Overview

Elevate is hiring a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with Elevate’s global sales teams and VP of sales to provide administrative support.

The role will also include ushering through some of our internal processes and work on key projects and initiatives. This is a high visibility role involving regular collaboration and communication with Elevate’s sales leadership.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

You might be the right person if you :

  • Have Good understanding and knowledge of sales processes and frameworks.
  • Must have worked in a similar role as part of Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Have Excellent skills and experience in providing sales operations and administrative support to global sales organizations.
  • Have Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word.
  • Are Proficient in analyzing data and generating meaningful insights and reports.
  • Specifically, you will

  • Work with the integrated sales, sales ops, and marketing teams.
  • Skills for Success

  • Ushering deals through the RFX process on behalf of sales team members.
  • Ushering deals through Manage Contracts process in collaboration with Elevate’s legal team.
  • Help the sales team with repeat purchase order process.
  • Help with onboarding new customers / new projects, including facilitating security / information questionnaires and surveys.
  • Reviewing contracts for milestones so that we know when we can take a price increase and do it and / or monitoring for expirations / renewals.
  • Provide expense report support to the sales team members to ensure expense reports are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Managing and scheduling of non-urgent meetings.
  • Scheduling After Action Assessment (A3s) on all wins / losses globally.
  • Capturing all final proposals to be sent for posting to SharePoint.
  • Conducting research on prospects before a large pitch.
  • Entering items into SF.com for Elevate Flex on Enterprise customers.
  • Working with Finance on administrative invoicing challenges.
  • Providing general support (i.e., coordinating sales meetings; gifts to customers, etc.)
  • Tracking campaigns and other sales team initiatives.
  • Analyzing an opportunity for multiple SOWs and projects and doing the necessary linking.
  • Working with Sales leadership on key sales projects and initiatives.
  • Working and collaborating with sales operations and marketing teams.
  • Experience :

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a global professional services company.
  • Good understanding of law companies, and alternate legal services industry is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Educational Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Shift Timings

    2 PM IST to 11 PM IST
