Role :

As Talent Development Specialist, you will be part of the Business Excellence Team, participate in the Talent, Learning & Development strategy and implementation and accompany Leaders and Managers across the Group to achieve the most value out of our talent processes.

What will be your responsabilities?

  • Design, implement and drive the Employee Journey, in coordination with HR manager, Business Managers and Leaders
  • Support Performance review processes and personal development plans
  • Support the external recruitment and the identification of potential talent across all levels in the organization
  • Understand business training needs together with the Business, Product and Implementation stakeholders and propose relevant training actions
  • Create and implement scalable training programs, material & tools aligned to the business priorities.
  • Follow-up and enhance on-boarding programs
  • Deliver training sessions when required
  • Administrate the Learning Management System already in place
  • Building relationship with Group stakeholders
  • Analyze and benchmark market solutions. Experiment with pilots
  • Know-How and Social Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and writtent communication skills
  • Stakeholders Management
  • Collaborative, Results oriented, Resilient and Adaptable with ability to influence
  • Data driven attitude : Use relevant figures and information to build business case
  • Capacity to prioritize and build reports
  • Able to switch between big pictures, strategic perspectives to hand-on execution where needed
  • Languages : Fluent English and SpanishGerman and French are a plus
  • Education / Work Experience :

  • Proven experience designing and delivering training and leadership development initiatives, preferably on a multi-region level
  • Previous experience in Service or Customer Centers
  • Qualified degree
  • Type of contract : Permanent contract
