Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create client SEO strategy based on business objectives, priorities, and strategic opportunities for customer success.
  • Work with the Onboarding, Content, Design & QA teams to launch client SEO campaigns.
  • Develop traffic and acquisition forecasts and budgets, with the responsibility of delivering throughout the financial year
  • Conduct both on-page and off-page analysis of Live client’s campaign and implement best SEO practices to improve account performance
  • Conduct SEO site audits and keyword research, and communicate this analysis to the Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Organize results, findings, and implications into presentations for the search team, marketing leaders, and executive management
  • Be responsible for identifying the highest priority fixes or opportunities for improving search visibility.
  • Partner with Business Account Managers to inform SEO priorities to ensure that SEO projects are incorporated into the overall Tech Roadmap.
  • Develop relationships with the marketing team to create cohesive roadmaps; execute on content strategies; report performance results to key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve website effectiveness, including design, content and overall performance
  • Create sales pitches
  • Manager and develop a team of SEO specialists
  • Requirement

  • 6 10 years of progressive experience in deploying SEO tactics, strategies, and tools and a willingness to learn and improve to stay on top of the ever-changing SEO landscape.
  • Proven expertise in whitehat link building tactics; employ legitimate and honest SEO tactics.
  • Proven expertise in local SEO (local listing optimization)
  • Proven expertise in My Business Listings, Google Tag Manager Setup & Implementation
  • Experience using SEO tools including but not limited to SEMRush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, MOZ, web analytics tools (e.
  • g. Google Analytics, WebTrends) and others.

  • Strong HTML and JavaScript knowledge with some tangible experience doing web design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in highly-matrixed organizations, often with competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
