AstraZeneca requires an individual in the Avantor Services organisation to join the Bioassay Development Group and support as a Lab Technician.
This role is multi-disciplinary and underpins the laboratory support operations provided by Avantor Services, enabling R&D scientists to concentrate on their core role.
The main function of the group is assay development for sample testing of therapeutic biologics. The team requires support for routine sample testing in immunoassays and qPCR-based techniques.
This role is primarily lab-based, focusing on the delivery of general and scientific technical support to these R&D laboratories in accordance with SHE guidelines and Good Laboratory Standards.
