IAG’s policy and Legal Entity involvement includes :
Ownership of the firmwide Regulation W compliance policy
Ownership of the firmwide Reg K compliance policy
Ownership of the Legal Entity Reorganization and Capital Actions Policy, providing for review and approval of all Entity, Asset, and business reorganizations (Internal entity mergers, business moves, etc.
and capital actions (dividends and capital investments) among JPM entities.
Ownership of the Legal Entity Affiliate Support Document Policy, providing for review and approval of all inter-entity guarantees and related support documents within the firm.
Acting as a required reviewer for all NBIAs globally throughout the firm, addressing Legal Entity, Regulatory, and other financial impacts for proposals across all LOBs.
Engagement in the Firm’s Legal Entity Strategy and Simplification Group. IAG advises all JPM Group businesses globally on the legal entity and related regulatory aspects of structuring and managing transactions and is an approver on all entity creation / dissolution proposals.
Overseeing certain activities within JPMC&Co (as a standalone entity) as a financial / bank holding company and operating company.
IAG also focuses on legal entity connectedness and the overall relationships between JPMC&Co and its subsidiaries, including JPMCB.

IAG works closely with businesses and support groups in all regions - many initiatives have a global dimension and broad ramifications.
To add value, IAG needs to understand the overall business and product contexts that it faces.
In this role you will work with IAG senior staff and all LOBs, to be a key support the Reg K Policy Development, Transactions Management and Reporting. Focus will include :
Help to manage the end to end Central Reg K program including
Forecast reporting and supporting the Reg K filing
Managing deliverables, projects, action plans, and timelines
Developing strategic Enhancements
Analysis of business problem statement and provide required guidance
Assist with Reg K Governance including the management of the Reg K Governance Committee meetings, LOB Working Group Sessions, and IAG Department Meetings
Serve as Subject Matter Expert in Reg K Systems used for tracking funding and Reporting
Support in the production of the Reg K filing and LOB Attestation Process
Understand Reg K Reference Data and its impact on Regulatory Reporting
Contribute to Reg K Applicability Assessment
Develop and maintain cross-LOB relationships with key Reg K Stakeholders
Perform Quality Review of Reg K impacted transactions based on risk assessment
LOB point of contact for Reg K questions and future enhancement requests
Owner of documentation of all Reg K Processes, Procedures, and Policy
Support the management of business queries, issue tracking and understanding business models
Assist with all IAG projects and ad hoc requests
Review and support Analysts within the team to contribute to the overall team objectives
Lead any Strategic initiatives for better process and control environment
5-6 years Financial reporting and regulatory policy experience
Post graduate or Master's degree in Finance or related field of study
Audit or Compliance background with strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of MS Access and / or Business intelligence tolls a plus
Optional to have business intelligent solution knowledge
Ability to be organized in day to day deliverables
Ability to work independently and contribute to the team objectives
Ability to identify and communicate issues in a timely manner
