In your new position, you will be performing coordinative and / or administrative activities alongside our German-speaking colleagues.
Depending on your skillset you will act as a generalist or specialist within our diverse team and support our onshore Engagement Teams with their internal and / or client-related work.
Based on your very good written and oral communication skills in English as well as in German language, your high level of dedication and your ability to keep an overview at any time, you will greatly represent our team and benchmark exceptional client service to our clients, contributing to the purpose of Building a Better Working world!
Your key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to the following :
Acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for our German-speaking stakeholders and supporting them with their daily tasks and projects
Distribution and coordination of administrative tasks to / with the responsible workstream and ensuring their on-time completion
Handling of client-related emails, organization of calls and taking meeting minutes in German
Obtaining / reviewing / tracking of deliverables from multiple involved parties
Drafting and maintenance of contractual and operational documents in German
Proactive identification of tasks that can be handled by our team to facilitate the work of the engagement teams
Setup and optimization of internal and client-related processes
Sharing of best-practices and experiences across teams
Act an ambassador for other team members with regards to client-orientation

Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English
Goal-orientated, structured way of working and ensuring high quality of your deliverables while managing multiple projects / tasks at the same time
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships to provide exceptional client service within a virtual environment
Ability to read and interpret complex reports and documents
