As an Application Service lead in the space of Business Application platform you will be a Technology Service Professional with experience in Operations, Service Delivery, Application Support, IT Operations, Project Management and Transition.

As a member of BAP CoE, you must bring a mix of technical skills, process orchestration, project execution and leadership.

Service manager Capacity

  • Managed Support leader for various business units for applications supported under BAP technologies (Powerplatform, OutSystems, .NET etc.)
  • Setup Delivery model and governance for application delivery and support
  • Act as SME / Knowledge consultant for new solution design discussion
  • Inclination to technology and ability to adopt nuisance around any new technology with speed
  • Work with Architects to drive solution proposal for new applications as well as enhancements
  • Establish Service Management standards, processes, and monitoring tools globally, including vendor SLAs.
  • Conduct financial management including budgeting and service costing
  • Drive internal CoE efforts around citizen knowledge around BAP technologies
  • Drive QBRs(Quarterly Business Review) and MBRs(Monthly Business Review) with partners, ,business sponsors and collaborating teams across SE IT
  • Defining Operational Acceptance Criteria for new or changed services and managing delivery
  • Drive DevOps practices in custom application development
  • Establish vendor relationship management experience
  • Skills and Attributes

  • Proficient in development frameworks (Agile / Scrum) and practices (PI planning, Scrum ceremonies)
  • Experience in custom application development space (Low Code, No code, pro Code ,cloud, serverless technologies)
  • Work independently with no oversight from a supervisor with high-level decision-making responsibilities include the prioritization of work
  • Demonstrated ability to manage effectively with escalations, difficult situations and demanding individuals under pressure
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to manage high volumes to work effectively under pressure and / or through a significant change event required
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, project and time management skills.
