What you are expected to perform on the job :

  • Plan & Execute : Plan and execute weekly / monthly / quarterly plans
  • Demonstrate : Showing impressive online demo by explaining product benefits
  • Negotiate : Handle prospect objections effectively by giving value proposition
  • Close Deals : Close deals with good value and always make it a win-win
  • Build Pipeline : Exceed activity to build pipeline and achieve revenue targets
  • Work collaboratively : Achieve team targets by working with other members
  • Convert : Be responsible to convert trial prospects to paid customers
  • Follow Process : Track all lead activity and monitor opportunities using CRM software
  • Achieve Targets : Consistently achieve and exceed your monthly targets
  • Additional Information :

    Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 0 -4 years software sales experience, preferably selling B2B software is desired
  • Ready to work in US Shift
  • Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Exposure to selling SaaS B2B in the international market
  • Knowledge in complete sales cycle - Prospecting to Sales Closure
  • High motivation and ambition for rapid career & financial growth
  • Execution orientation - Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes
  • Interpersonal skills - Ability to work with different teams
  • Attitude to improve product & domain knowledge continuously
  • Hunter mentality - Able to work independently, tenacious and goal oriented
  • Note : Freshers with good academic background and with sound Communication skills and willing to take up a career in sales can also be considered.
