Grow Pantheon business for an assigned territory through new business development, channel partnerships, account mgmt.
Client handling - Managing and growing existing accounts
Building relationships with key stakeholders in existing accounts
Facilitation of customer solution understanding through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations throughout the sales cycle to existing and prospective clients.
Personally, engage, sell, and close opportunities (new prospects as well as existing customers)
Ability to upsell opportunities with existing clients and generate new business avenues.
Travel to prospect locations as necessary to pursue highly qualified opportunities
Participate in pipeline- building and forecasting activities
Achieve booking goals across all practices
Must have at- least 8 years of work experience in IT Product and Services Organization.
Experience in managing western parts of India based out of Mumbai / Pune
Managing Stuff Augmentation Projects.
Knowledge of RPM / Workflow Automation
Knowledge of all IT Services like ADM, Testing, Infra

Additional Information :
Should have an excellent, established track record for selling large scale Software Product and Services Opportunities. Experience working with C level executive clients.
Good communication and collaboration skills Good communication skills in English Sales experience in the financial industry is a plus .,
