13 17 years of experience.
Having a minimum of 10 years in the areaof SAP CRM (Functional) is mandatory.
Understand business processes, guidebusiness requirements gathering and designing solutions.
Having Minimum 4 end to endimplementations and 2 upgrade projects.
Should serve as a conduit betweenbusiness and technology.
Should be adaptable to and work withmultiple platforms.
Should be able to take initiatives byanalyzing the risks and guiding the management as well as the teams to take itforward.
Should assume the responsibility andaccountability towards the organizational technology needs.
Should oversee all aspects of systemsolutions.
Should be able to play the role of anenterprise architect.
In SAP CRM, expertise in below areas areexpected
SAP CRM Sales &Service Management
Billing & Pricing
Experience in BillingEngine enhancements
BRF(Events and Expressions)
Cross-applicationcomponents like PPF, TTE, ClassificationSystems
Service Contracts / Entitlements / Service Orders.
Strong integrationexpertise with SD / Finance / Inventory Management / gATP.
Integrationknowledge to GTS trade customs and compliance is an added advantage.
Prepare user manuals, training documents,configuration documents for business, User and IT teams.
Knowledge of CRM table structures anddatabase.
Basic understanding of S / 4 HANA andInternational Trade.
Ideal candidate would have handled minimum 1 - 4 End - Endimplementation / Support projects.
