Job Summary

We are looking for young, ambitious and fire-in-the-belly professionals in the domains of sales and business development.

The goal is to establish Synconext as a leader to executives within direct customer, prospects and all other influencers in growing the direct partners.

Successful candidates have to demonstrate that they are self-driven, goal oriented and who can set their own benchmarks.

The successful candidate will be involved in activities like Sales and Business Development with a specific focus on revenue growth.

Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Assist in the execution of the Go-To-Market plans and the sales operations.
  • Responsible to manage the sales pipeline to achieve and exceed the revenue goals.
  • Develop qualified leads and generate new business from Industries / Institutional / Corporate Sector.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the key decision maker such as Architects, Designers, Builders and Contractors for business development.
  • Work with marketing team to ensure a comprehensive plan is in place to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Qualifying and validating leads generated by meeting various stakeholders to assess needs and expectations of upcoming projects.
  • Identify multiple decision makers to ensure total control on the pipeline.
  • Successful candidate will need to travel (local and outside station).
  • Reporting to Senior Sales Manager.
  • Requirements

  • B.Tech / B.E is mandatory; MBA is desired.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in a Sales domain.
  • Preferred experience in consultative sales / technical solution selling.
  • Should generate ideas frequently and is always working out ways and means of - doing it better- .
  • Must defiantly have strong presentation, objection handing and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result driven approach.
