Job Description
As a Company Secretary and Financial Analyst, you’ll be responsible to provide accurate and timely Management Information along with relevant inferences / conclusions to the Top Management.
The main objective of this role would be to manage secretarial and statutory compliance requirement of the company & To develop systems and process towards the capture and analysis of relevant financial information towards ensuring, sound and informed decision making by the stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
Financial Reporting : Prepare weekly, monthly MIS Including P & L account, Balance sheet and Cash flow with relevant financial analysis.
Prepare KPI reports and Unit profitability report every Month with relevant inferences and conclusions. Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
Other : Coordination of ROC and secretarial activities with the Company Secretary. Legal review customer and vendor agreements
Eligibility
Required Skills : Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience as Company Secretary. Exposure in Financial planning and reporting is a mandatory.
Well conversant with ERP Accounting environment with excellent working knowledge in MS Office. Excellence in Analytical approach.
Exceptional communication skills. Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills. Ability to travel High Professionalism Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills Capacity to work independently and with team & Competitive spirit and learnerEducation Requirements : Any Finance education background / B.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to self-motivate and open to manage complex projects with multi-tasking.
