In this role, you will lead our team that will identify, evaluate and negotiate new sales and marketing growth opportunities across multiple of areas.
We seek a seasoned professional to identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales and distribution channels, pricing and new product development strategies Key Accountabilities Direct and coordinate business reviews, resource allocations, organization structures and financial analysis, including managing the gameboard for the business and leading the mergers and acquisitions activities and managing the capital expenditure plans of the company in the five-year portfolio review system.
Act as leader to identify and negotiate strategic partnerships including financial arrangements, customer sharing and intellectual property rights, like the overall strategic leadership of the B2B business for global edible oil solutions (GEOS) India.
Lead prioritization and tracking of investments across new product development initiatives. Overall Supervision of the transformation management office (TMO) of Global edible oil solutions (GEOS) India You will provide strategic leadership, development and talent management for direct reports and their organization, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting.
You will also coordinate subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align with current and future needs of the organization Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience Education, Experience and Skills MBA from a reputed institute with at least 15-20 years of relevant industry experience At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles in FMCG, Consulting firms Should have commercial leadership, strategy and business development experience Key Behaviors Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions Use compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others Skills Strong effective communicator.
