Job Location : Kolkata / Kochi
Key Qualifications :
STEM Bachelors' Degree and 6+ years' experience with at least 3 years in Agile Projects or Product development work for Scrum Master
Demonstrated ability and experience implementing canned Scaled Frameworks, or ability to adapt them to create a hybrid that is relevant to each client situation
Agile Certifications such as CSM, PSM, SA, and TKP is preferred.
Required Skills :
Facilitation the art of conducting workshops, retrospectives, assessments, and building relationships between multiple partners and team members
Training Ability to create and delivery training sessions
Coaching and Mentoring - Ability to coach and mentor both internal and client stakeholders on applying different agile techniques and lean practices.
Techniques to include : Conflict management, story mapping, estimation, Prioritization, Retrospective
Agile Modeling Domain modeling, State Diagrams, Activity Diagrams
Informed on TDD, ATDD, BDD, CICD, Modern Engineering Practices
Multiple technology platforms i.e. transitioning diverse technology teams (JAVA / .NET / Mainframe / Data Warehouse / Web Services / Cloud)
Experience with Center of Excellence and Communities of Practice governance and operating models
