The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining SFMC applications for APAC. As a Senior Software Engineer, the candidate will be a strong contributor in the execution of the strategic direction for the company, the success of this position will be measured by the usability, quality, and timeliness of applications delivery.
You will participate on architecture, design, and implementation of these applications. The ideal candidate is expected to have proven extensive experience building audience builder, journey builder, contact builder, mobile push in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for requirements definition, design and implementation of integrations of SFMC and SFDC.
Responsible for contributing to and being a champion of SFMC best practices.
Responsible for working with business owners to propose high-quality user experience solutions for defining the journeys, optimize existing journeys, develop AMP script.
Design and build solutions using REST API, Audience Builder, Contact Builder, Journey Builder and Mobile Push in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Stay abreast of the Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements based on features released.
Develop and deploy A / B testing strategies to roll out the control version to be used in the final email campaign.
Work in close collaboration with local and regional marketing teams.
Additional responsibilities :
Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
BS / MS degree or equivalent years of experience
Minimum 8 years of overall software development experience, preferably secure, scalable enterprise applications.
Minimum 5 years proven experience in SFMC & SFDC.
Strong experience with designing and execution of campaigns.
Understanding of digital marketing best practices
Good understanding Marketing Processes coupled with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Knowledge of campaign optimization, Salesforce customization and campaign testing.
Certifications in any of these is a mustMarketing Cloud Email SpecialistMarketing Cloud Social SpecialistPardot Specialist
Certifications in any of these is big plusPlatform developer IPlatform developer II
Experience in PARDOT and Social studio is a big plus.
