Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, short listing candidates , scheduling interviews ,offer generation, negotiation and close candidates for the assigned position.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities
Design, update and share various recruitment reports, analysis and dashboards with the management teams and various stake holders from time to time.
Making salary Breakups and negotiating salary with the candidates.
Documentation && Induction for new joiners.
