Job Description

Role Brief:

  • Acquire Education institutions in the assigned Territory.

  • Manage existing relationship within assigned Schools.

  • Manage end to end Connect Program with Schools.

  • Onboard Education institutions post acquisition.

  • Responsible for timely invoicing.

  • Do Sales calls and meet as needed to acquire institutions.

  • Pitch Brainwonders products, Negotiate and Win deals.

  • May also partner on B2C model on case basis as per deals won.

  • Lead and drive Territory Sales nos. and over achieve same.

  • Generate leads via various modes.

  • Create awareness about Brainwonders in the assigned Territory.

  • Plan and conduct marketing activities.

  • Organize public interactions like workshops and seminars with scheduled followups.

  • Plan and work on developing enquiries and conversions.

  • Analyze and maintain records of all the leads and make regular updates on CRM.

  • Coordinate with other departments to innovate expansion initiatives.

  • Plan & deliver as per AOP (annual business operating plan), manage Month on Month Sales funnel.
