Professional Qualification

Graduate in any stream (B. Com preferred) with sales experience of minimum 2 years

  • Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for new client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship of
  • working capital customers

  • Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and provide banking and investment
  • solutions to meet various needs of the customer

  • Continuous monitoring of the existing customer portfolio
  • Ensure timely servicing of interest by customers and maintain portfolio health
  • Provide complete and comprehensive information on various products, services offered by
  • the Bank and ensure best services are provided to them.

    Key skills needed

  • Ability to negotiate and interact with people
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills
  • Ability to understand processes and products & use that knowledge to add value to the
  • customer

  • Basic credit knowledge to understand business of the customer and assess his bank
  • funding requirement (Working Capital / Term loan)

  • Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience : 6 - 11 years in sales( Required )
  • Graduation : Any Computer Degree( Preferred )
