Job Description

  • Conceptualization / development of new lending products including pricing and profitability models,marketing and distribution
  • Creationof business requirements, Strategy, operational and servicing documentation
  • Drive andprogram manage initiatives involving multiple stakeholders to enhance existingand develop new products
  • BRDdevelopment & closure, Design Transaction Flow and management of othercross functional requirements i.e. finance, legal, compliance, IT etc.
  • UATsignoffs and go to market
  • Deliver / Launch new to market products
  • Alliances Development & relationship management for business development
  • Manageproduct lifecycle monitoring of performance and profitability
  • Prepareinternal and external analysis and collection of statistical data
  • Buildsubject matter expertise for assigned products.
  • Desired Profile

    6+yrs of experience in handling Equipment finance OR Asset backend lending finance
