We are looking for individuals with strong analytical skills, and a passion for problem solving with technology. Analyst spends most of their time working in a fast-pace environment digging deep into the details of our software databases, business intelligence visualizations, configurations, and tools, gaining exposure to both functional client facing and technical aspects of Huron’s software solutions.

The Analyst will need to complete assigned tasks independently while maintaining constant awareness of task status, resource utilization, and pace towards project priorities.

We are looking for individuals who can think strategically to advance the team’s performance in solution quality and operational efficiency.

Through your day-to-day responsibilities, you will enhance your analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills, while directly impacting overall client and team goals with our collaborative technical solutions.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical, staff and management), and in a wide range of settings (one-on-one, small group, conference call, email)
  • 0-2 years of previous experience in leadership, mentoring or supervisory role
  • Strong analytical and technical skills; programming language experience is preferred, but not requiredPreferred experience : SQL Server, Visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or science.
  • Strong performance in your degree.
  • Ability to work independently and to work flexible hours as needed to support high-priority on-call support and scheduled maintenance
