Responsibilities

  • Ability to understand and comprehend English language so that pre-process and process training can be effectively imparted in the WFH environment
  • Accurately interpret the information on the documents
  • Candidates are responsible for analyzing complex documents pertaining to Life insurance and assign them accurate document type
  • Analyzing the information received from different input sources and taking appropriate decision / action as per the defined guidelines
  • Candidate need to achieve daily production and accuracy targets
  • Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP
  • Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA
  • Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives
  • Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems.
  • Assist with / perform other team tasks as required.
  • Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems
  • Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards
  • Interact with Onshore / Offshore and customer in a respectful and professional manner via email and on calls
  • Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met.
  • Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
  • Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excel
  • Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications

  • Any graduate except B. Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
  • Excellent comprehension along with written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Relevant New Business / Customer Service backend operations experience in Life Insurance
  • Should be willing to invest and learn the business level end to end process to drive business impact
  • Preferred-prior transitions / knowledge transfer experience / engagement to enable smooth knowledge capture / transfer
  • Must have experience of writing SOPs
  • Must have experience of giving classroom trainings
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers
  • Customer service focus
  • Basic Computer knowledge along with minimum typing speed of 25 words / minute
  • Insurance knowledge
