  • Laptop Maintenance & Support
  • Network Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Switches, Connectivity
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows systems and network security concepts
  • Knowledge of SharePoint MOSS & Microsoft Exchange
  • Basic VMware troubleshooting skills
