  • Value would supersede numbers
  • Scorecard rating would be taken into account for performance evaluation.
  • Balanced performance across all products will be considered superior performance compared to an equivalent score with few product overachievement
  • To achieve New Sales Revenue / Wealth AUM ( Net New Money) growth / Deposit footings growth as per targets rolled out on Quarterly basis
  • NTB Growth To Source 2 Qualified NTB customers per month net of attrition
  • Business

    To achieve the set targets for portfolio growth and new sales revenue


    On an ongoing basis, deliver consistent, efficient, accurate service to customers. The performance metrics for service are :

  • Digital sales, adoption and activation
  • Customer Attrition
  • KYC Rectification
  • Risk Management

  • Ensure all processes are followed as per Policies and procedures laid down and ensure that there are no operating losses / Frauds.
  • All customer service is done keeping in mind the ML and KYC norms
  • Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
  • This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

  • Lead the India / Branch Banking to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles : Fair Outcomes for Clients;
  • Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment. *

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
