Scorecard rating would be taken into account for performance evaluation.
Balanced performance across all products will be considered superior performance compared to an equivalent score with few product overachievement
To achieve New Sales Revenue / Wealth AUM ( Net New Money) growth / Deposit footings growth as per targets rolled out on Quarterly basis
NTB Growth To Source 2 Qualified NTB customers per month net of attrition
To achieve the set targets for portfolio growth and new sales revenue
On an ongoing basis, deliver consistent, efficient, accurate service to customers. The performance metrics for service are :
Digital sales, adoption and activation
Ensure all processes are followed as per Policies and procedures laid down and ensure that there are no operating losses / Frauds.
All customer service is done keeping in mind the ML and KYC norms
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
Lead the India / Branch Banking to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles : Fair Outcomes for Clients;
Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment. *
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
