ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION :
Any graduation with 5-9 years of experience in Digital Operations
Computer literate with good knowledge of the MS-Office products
ESSENTIAL SKILLS :
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proactive team player
Eye for details
Willing to work in US Shifts
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles and superior analytical skills
Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills
Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions
Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines
High degree of proficiency with Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities
High energy, high ownership of work product and dedication and commitment to driving results
Competencies Required :
Background with expense allocation and accounts payable profile would be required
Makes confident, fact-based decisions
Approaches problems from different perspectives in order to suggest and implement solutions
Forecasts issues in advance in order to prevent potential impacts; both internally and externally

Should have experience in dealing with multiple currencies and understand the currency impact on overall reporting
Should have preferably worked in export-oriented IT services / services companies / KPO type businesses
