Roles and Responsibilities

Update current and design new recruiting procedures

Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance

Keep track of recruiting metrics

Implement new sourcing methods

Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs

Research and choose job advertising options

Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques

Recommend ways to improve our employer brand

Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs

Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.

Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.

Arrange pre-employment testing, background references screenings. Evaluation and input of our current vendors

Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet / intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners.

Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.

Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote ATS referral program and internal opportunities.

Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate.

Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours.

Training, counseling and coaching our staff.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
