  • Requirements

    We’re looking for an early-stage Client Director to drive our partnership growth with leading companies in India. As part of our founding team, you'll have a big influence on our direction of travel.

    This is a critical time for the business as we approach product-market fit. You’ll be our client expert and a key contributor towards our product and service roadmap and development.

    We are continually scaling and iterating so you’ll wear several hats as we grow. The Client Director will design, shape and adapt our entire go-to-market strategy, system and processes for our technical clients, as well as :

  • Develop and refine hiring manager acquisition strategy and marketing funnel, starting with scrappy hands-on test and learn, and refining the process that gets traction to scale.
  • Be deeply engaged with hiring clients, managing key relationships personally, and build a culture, scalable team and processes that place client needs and requirements as the driver of the evolution of the business.
  • Own the product and service client proposition, be a key contributor to product strategy and development, and own the product messaging to hiring clients.
  • Continuously explore client needs, solve problems, and drive the development of TE products and services as the Voice of the Client.
  • Be the expert on client requirements and operate as a key contributor on product and service development, comfortably delivering presentations, pitches and demonstrations virtually and in-person.
  • Work closely with the founding CEO and nascent leadership team, and together build the team, culture and business system to support long term client success and business growth.
  • The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of senior-level experience in talent acquisitions and client development. You’ll need to be extremely autonomous, an excellent relationship builder and communicator, commercially astute and be able to prioritize and manage a client portfolio.

    We'd particularly love to hear from you if you are :

  • A recruitment manager from a tech company with proven experience in client and stakeholder services.
  • A technical recruiter with strong client-facing experience, perhaps early-stage high potential performers who are frustrated by the transactional approach to hiring and want to develop a new model of high cultural fit and personal impact.
  • A training company client director who sees the learning / doing gap in the job market and wants to re-invent training.
  • A client director from a professional services firm who has a similar cadence to our fast-moving development roadmap and a high rate of success with ongoing partnerships that solve client problems.
  • Bringing 3-5+ years of experience of performance in mid-to-senior level job roles with clear performance accountability, and are ready for a step up into a senior leadership team.
