  • CRM creation for catchment- Segment / Market / Industry
  • DSR, Lead Management, Maximum usage of Digital platform
  • Focus on Activities at Industrial estate, commercial / Business park / Society / Clubs etc. around the catchment
  • Actively up-sell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
  • Business Hygiene & Customer Experience : - Focus on superior TAT, FTR
  • VQVP- Volume with Quality & Value with Productivity will be the mantra of sourcing.

  • Team & Leadership Engagement :

  • Performance monitoring & review of Corporate Salary Account.
  • Identifying gaps leading to underperformance, providing support items on underperformance, sharing of best practices across teams etc.
  • Implement sales monitoring mechanism to measure the productivity of the team on core and cross sell targets.
  • Focus on underperforming Corporate Salary Account.
  • Focus on senior mgmt reporting and ensuring support / direction to enhance channel performance.
