DSR, Lead Management, Maximum usage of Digital platform
Focus on Activities at Industrial estate, commercial / Business park / Society / Clubs etc. around the catchment
Actively up-sell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
Business Hygiene & Customer Experience : - Focus on superior TAT, FTR

Team & Leadership Engagement :

Identifying gaps leading to underperformance, providing support items on underperformance, sharing of best practices across teams etc.
Implement sales monitoring mechanism to measure the productivity of the team on core and cross sell targets.
Focus on underperforming Corporate Salary Account.
Focus on senior mgmt reporting and ensuring support / direction to enhance channel performance.
