4 to 6+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with a high-performing
Expert level of knowledge in all recruiting
Maintain positive relationships with all including candidates, managers and business partners. Have a well-developed network of candidates and / or the skills to build the network quickly
Inform the company's strategic direction from the knowledge of the talent market, Market research on Consultants, Niche, Rare skill set.
Top skills as per world standards and demands.
Great communication skills and a go-getter attitude. Quick in understanding the technology and the latest trends in technology.
Able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to meet goals.
Have experience with the Applicant tracking system and sourcing tools. Source profiles from various sources and sources not limited to Job Boards, Referrals, Social Media, etc.
Partner with senior leaders and managers to identify and serve out staffing needs
Build and maintain positive relationships with the consultant's talent pool, and Strong and rocking negotiation skills including candidates, managers and business partners.
Create and maintain strong working relationships with the Prudent Teams leaders, staffing community and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
Have a deep understanding of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and end to end delivery
Initiate and maintain excellent working relations within Human Resources.
Effective communication approaches that include : actively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas / thoughts, in a written / Presentable manner.
Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, willing to roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done while understanding the value of providing customer-first service.
Have full life cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Full-cycle recruiting : Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure.
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
Education & Experience - BS / BBM / BCOM / BTech / BE / MTech / MCOM / MS / MBA
