Cold calling on customers
Collecting database of other vendors in competition
Calling the customers, Understanding the need of the customers and plan for follow up
Check the tender portal daily and find out the relevant tenders and take the print
Verify the Customer list and verify which customer systems are under Warranty / AMC, check the due date and if found the Warranty / AMC period is getting over send them the letter for renewal
Preparation of quotations for being forwarded to the customer
Regular follow up with the customer for the quotation given
Visit customer site and find out the requirement
Find out a new customer who wants to buy our product, and give an introduction.
Attend bid opening meeting
Understand the product and give a demonstration.
Closing the sales calls
Achieving the sales targets
Creating new leads and converting them to customers
