Job Responsibilities / Role :
Work as part of Change Management team responsible for Functional testing on Front Office / Middle Office application for Derivatives asset class.
Deliver on project defined timelines, tasks and milestones
Log, track and help resolve risks arising during the project phase
Business Analysis of Business Requirements.
Interact with the stakeholders (end users, project leads, technology etc) to understand the system & testing requirements
Functional testing following set rules for test progress.
Follow the standard problem tracking procedure as set by team.
Report on progress to project managers and project leaders for all defined tasks
Develop conversion tools and checklists.
Basic Qualification :
Formal training in as Business Analyst, is a plus.
Experience in Derivatives products, finance, banking, securities domain, is a plus.
Understanding of Regulatory reporting i.e. CFTC & EMIR, is a plus
Total and Relevant Experience :
1-4 years’ experience as an Analyst / or worked in implementation team.
Technical / Functional Skills Required :
Functional knowledge and prior User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of financial systems is a plus.
Hands on experience on relational database management systems (eg Access / Oracle) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft office suite and the windows desktop.
Generic Skills Required :
Good communications skills, written and verbal.
Scalability and ability to grow into larger roles
Work under tight deadlines and pressured environment
Out of the Box thinking and quick learner to pick up new areas and understand user requirements
