starter to join as a Program Manager in our Amazon India marketplace Sales excellence / Operations team.

The Program manager will be responsible to anchor and drive the new seller lead generation program. The candidate is expected to engage with internal sales channel leaders & category teams to gather requirements.

Partner with sales teams across channels & regions to identify problem areas, propose solutions and drive implementation with vendors.

Forecast and plan for lead generation based on the selection and seller requirements gathered from teams. Experiment and develop new sources of lead generation.

Setup new lead generation capabilities with the help of internal teams and external partners. Rollout targets to vendors or partners, train the vendor associates, review progress weekly and improve the process maturity of the vendors

The candidate must self-driven to collaborate and finalize category specific requirements and convert them into actionable leads.

This role heavily influences seller’s early success by focused lead generation. The successful candidate will be a person who enjoys and excels at working backwards from business requirements and diving into details of process and system flows and identifies required changes to these processes and systems.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Manage lead Generation program
  • Do stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
  • Lead forecasting, planning and risk management
  • Frequently publish, report and review program progress with stakeholders
  • Drive new initiatives, pilots to test new requirements for lead generation. And experiment and develop new sources and capabilities for lead generation
  • Optimize model for lead prioritization to improve early seller success
  • Manage performance of external vendors. Define and track productivity metrics, lead quality metrics, etc
  • Create and manage SOPs and align with stakeholders
  • Own Monthly , Weekly and Quarterly Business Review related documentation
  • Automate manual processes and reduce inefficiencies wherever applicable
  • a)MBA degree from Top Bschool

    b)2 to 5 years of work experience in project management, driving new initiatives or in operational excellence / process improvement

    c)Experience using problem solving and analytical skills to solve business problems

    d)Written and verbal communication skills.

    e)Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    f)Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

    g)Has good document writing skills

    h)Should be able to use excel or other tools for data analysis

    a) Experience working on sales related projects

    b) Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail and ecommerce preferred

    c) Used Salesforce or other CRM systems
