Position Description :

1) Responsibilities

To develop a long-term profitable business for CAMECA in India and a sustainable service organization to provide a regular service to the installed base users.

2) Details for the position

  • To ensure the development of a long-term profitable business for CAMECA in the geographical area of responsibility thus, enabling CAMECA to achieve the targeted figures of order intake, revenues, profit and growth in the region.
  • To protect business interests of CAMECA in the region of responsibility during project capture process as well as during the implementation phrase.
  • To bring to CAMECA management a clear understanding of the business rule and practices in the area thus enabling CAMECA management to decide best strategies, tactics and overall business approach.
  • To assist company general management in establishing business development strategy in the region.
  • Plan and organise business visits to support projects.
  • Plan and organise customers events and conferences to promote Cameca solutions
  • To enrich the customer knowledge by your inputs to the CRM
  • To provide monthly reliable forecasts for orders in the region.
  • To provide weekly reports on the sales activities to the management.
  • To provide customer visit reports to the product sales leaders.
  • To report on a regular basis all collected information in a synthetic manner to feed PSL and CAMECA management with market data and accurate project status update.
  • To focus on customer relationship development, establishment, and improvement.
  • To pursue research and analysis on market data and competitor’s information in the field of CAMECA activities.
  • To trigger any sales and service escalation to protect CAMECA regulation and level of services.
  • To adhere at all times to the published Company Procedures. To understand and comply with the Company’s Quality Statement.
  • To conduct business and apply business ethics in regard to FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practice Act) and UKBA (UK Bribery Act) and country law.
  • To travel frequently. This position requires frequent travels for customers’ visits and meetings not only limited to the territory
  • Position Requirements :

    3) Education :

  • Academic : Master of Science (Physics, Chemistry), or higher with business management ability
  • Competencies : international business competencies, oratory proficiency, project management skill.
  • Languages : Fluent in English, Hindi and one additional language (of the country) is a plus
  • Qualities : autonomy, good organizational skills, problem solving availability, care about customers, team player.
  • Communication : able to understand behind the words and react tactfully. Capable of managing objections.
  • Office productivity : CRM, Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP, etc.
