1. Candidate must have at least 78 year(s) of working experience in BSS area, including CRM / Billing / IN / Call Center / BI / SAP.
Candidate with telecommunication vendor / operator is preferred.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree or above in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
3. Experience in at least 1 whole BSS project life cycles in CRM / OCS / Billing Module. Skills needed include business requirements understanding, solid telecommunication operation data center hardware knowledge and implementation experience, leader role will be added advantage, as well as good understanding of CRM or Billing features.
4. Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills and interactive internally / externally involving people with diversified cultural backgrounds.
5. Leader experience and good plan, organization, communication and risk consciousness
6. Hands on experience working on MS SSIS ETL
7. Extensive database query experience on Microsoft SQL Server
8. Excellent troubleshooting experience on Microsoft SQL Server 65533 SSIS, SSAS
9. Unix skills is a must
