Roles and Responsibilities
Minimum 2 years of experience in bench sales recruiting which include strong exposure in coordinating end to end sales and marketing of Bench resources
Developed and implemented effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen, recruit, and select high quality candidates
Research and build relationships with new clients, Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Responsible for negotiating rate, payment terms, Taking rate confirmation with relevant stakeholders
Responsible for following and passing out Pre and Post interview feedback like time, date, contact person name, areas of improvement and if consultant selected date and place of reporting and joining from vendors or clients to consultants / employers.
Target mid-market, large size and Fortune companies to explore opportunities by identifying and approaching key decision makers.
Schedule appointments / meetings with the appropriate stakeholders at prospective clients on regular basis, increase the number of new opportunities in the client pipeline, maintain periodic follow ups and effectively drive the opportunities through the funnel to convert to closed contract.
Coordinate and work closely with internal teams and sales leaders to leverage our capabilities and close sales.
Responsible for delivering services and managing large bunch of clients by helping them in fulfilling their resource needs.
Responsible for managing pipeline and reporting to superiors on regular basis.
Job Requirements :
Graduation - Technical Degree (BCA / B.Sc / Btech / B.E) is mandatory
Relevant experience 2+ years in the bench sales / business development role within staffing, recruitment.
Excellent consulting, analytical, problem solving and relationship building skills.
Self-motivated with proven track record meeting sales objectives by identifying, developing & closing staffing opportunities
Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing, both in one-on-one and in group presentation settings with various levels of professionals both internal and external.
Ability to self-manage workload, set target dates, meet deadlines, follow processes, and develop and implement project road maps to achieve optimum results.
Ability to demonstrate high-level customer service to internal and external clients.
