To drive business volume and profitability in the allocated market. Job Description Identifying developer funding opportunities from existing and new relations.

Maintaining number and volume turnover through a high level of customer engagement. Conducting personal discussion with the developers and physical inspection of the projects.

Underwriting projects by projecting cash flows and financial viability. Coordinating with external interfaces like lawyers & valuers for technical and legal analysis.

Coordinating with Operations on Escrow account monitoring & management. Coordinating with risk departments for developer funding proposal.

Completing loan documentation and ensure smooth disbursement. Managing customer accounts for all pre and post sales activities like NOC, customer repayments, etc.

Reviewing cash flow of running loans and creating interventions to contain risk
